Jayne has over 20 years of diversified administrative and supervisory experience in healthcare and financial services. Since early 2005, she has specialized in managing all parts of the Retiree Drug Subsidy program - from the RDS Application through the 12 steps of Reconciliation. She works with organizations throughout the country to ensure they receive the maximum subsidy dollars allowable under the Medicare & Modernization Act of 2003.

Jayne and her team continually educate themselves as ever changing CMS guidance is communicated. She has built strong relationships with carriers, Prescription Benefit Manager's, and within the CMS organization itself to ensure all RDS requirements are met.
