As an account manager for Cornerstone Group, Michele guides clients through the benefits renewal process and the coordination of benefit plans.

For more than 15 years, she offered her expertise in client service to customers of Comerica Bank and Hometown Building Co. Her experience includes four years of providing services to agency brokers and supporting customer retention in the field of employee group benefits.

Michele earned an associate's degree in applied science from ITT Technical Institute, where she honed her technology skills while majoring in computer-aided drafting. She also gained certification in data entry from Pontiac Business Institute.

She holds Michigan licenses in life and health insurance and has been appointed with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan.
