I
am responsible for the analysis, design, negotiation,
and implementation of employee benefits programs for
Cornerstone Benefits clients, including health, dental,
life, and short- and long-term disability policies.
My principal goal is to ensure that all clients receive
the highest quality of customer service possible during
the enrollment process and throughout the plan year.
To achieve this, I work as a liaison among clients, consultants,
vendors, and carriers, finding the most appropriate and
responsive benefits programs for each of our clients.
My preparation for this responsibility includes work
as a group underwriter for a large benefit consulting
firm. I subsequently joined the team at Joseph Aiello & Associates
in 1996.
I hold a B.S. degree in business administration, with
a minor in statistics from Ferris State University; and
I apply my educational background, coupled with my experience
in underwriting and benefits, to develop the best service
for our clients and the best plans for their employees.
