I
have 15 years of customer service and account management
experience. After receiving my Bachelors of Science
in Business Administration from Grand Valley State
University in 1989, I worked in account management
for marketing and advertising agencies in Grand Rapids
then in St. Joseph, MI. I then took that knowledge
and experience to manage accounts in the printing and
electronic publishing industry. After moving to Jackson
and taking time off to start a family, I worked freelance
providing marketing consulting for a telecommunications
firm.
Recent family health challenges gave me great insight
and sparked my interest to learn more about the health
insurance industry. It is a privilege to work for a company
with the experience and reputation for excellence that
the Davis Agency has created in the Jackson area. In
the fast paced, and ever changing health industry, I
look forward to bringing my years of customer care and
problem solving experience to work for our customers
